You will have to request access to edit before you can log your own times. :: Team Tools :: While we don't force payment in crypto, we still require that you have a BTC address. If you're a coder and don't yet have a github account, you're doing it very wrong. Snerx has already developed several ciphers, and sometimes information is sent using them, so being familiar with our main cipher snyph would be benificial. We will be using bugcrowd for testing our projects as well. We recruit through friend networks as well as general hires from freelancer. :: Company Structure and Team Ranks :: The management of Snerx as a business entity is of a flatline heirarchy, where everyone starts by getting an equal say in what the company does, but the formal voting system that we use is such that influence is decided by rank within the group. So everyone starts with one vote that they can cast on any decision within the group, but every year you work with us you receive an automatic rank-up, which bestows half a point more when you cast your vote on some decision. This means your vote counts for three votes by the end of five years. You can also receive 'honors', which is done if someone within the group nominates you for it and more than half the members of the group vote in favor of your nomination.
